We unite people through compassion and giving to provide meaningful support for children and families through fundraising events, community outreach, and programs that make a difference when it matters most.

Inspired by her passion for helping others, Anna Carabetta created Carabetta Cares to ensure that children and families facing difficult circumstances know they are not alone. What began as a desire to give back has grown into a mission-driven organization dedicated to spreading hope, compassion, and opportunity throughout the community.

    1991

    A Life-Changing Loss

    Anna experienced the heartbreaking loss of her twins, a moment that forever shaped her perspective on grief, resilience, and the importance of compassion during life's most difficult seasons.

    Inspired by a Legacy of Service

    Anna's father unexpectedly passed away after dedicating his career to serving children and families through the Connecticut Department of Children and Families. His commitment to helping others became a lasting source of inspiration.

    A Family's Journey

    Honoring a Mother's Legacy

    In 2024, Anna experienced another profound loss with the passing of her mother. Her strength, faith, resilience, and unwavering devotion to family left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. The values she embodied—kindness, generosity, compassion, and selfless service—continue to inspire the mission of Carabetta Cares. Her legacy serves as a daily reminder of the importance of showing up for others through both life's celebrations and its most difficult moments.

    Growing Our Impact

    Joe Carabetta III

    As Vice President of Carabetta Cares, Joseph Carabetta III plays an integral role in advancing the organization's mission of supporting children, families, and communities in need.

    Beyond his philanthropic work, Joseph is the co-owner and founder of J&J Brothers, a respected company specializing in tree removal, demolition, and refuse and recycling services. He is also actively involved in the operations and growth of the Carabetta family businesses, bringing a strong foundation of leadership, teamwork, and community responsibility to everything he does.

    Joseph believes that success is measured not only by professional accomplishments, but by the positive difference made in the lives of others. Through Carabetta Cares, he is committed to creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and helping ensure that children and families receive the support they need to thrive.

    As the founder of two successful women-owned businesses, Cristina brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for empowering others, and a dedication to excellence in everything she pursues. Her unique blend of professional expertise and community involvement reflects her belief that meaningful change happens when people come together with purpose and compassion.

    CeCe Carabetta is a dedicated leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for breaking barriers. As co-owner of J&J Tree Removal and Dumpster Rental, she has forged her own path in the traditionally male-dominated blue-collar industry, proving that leadership, resilience, and determination know no boundaries.

    Beyond her professional accomplishments, CeCe finds her greatest joy on her farm, where her love for horses reflects the same patience, strength, and compassion she brings to every aspect of her life. Through her involvement with Carabetta Cares, she is passionate about giving back to the community, supporting local families, and inspiring women to pursue their goals with confidence and courage.

    As Head of Marketing for Carabetta Cares, Brittany Conte is dedicated to bringing the organization's mission to life through strategic storytelling, community engagement, and impactful outreach. As the founder of B. Social Creative, she combines her expertise in digital marketing with a passion for purpose-driven work, helping expand awareness and support for initiatives that uplift children and families.

    Brittany believes in the power of connection, using marketing as a tool to inspire generosity, strengthen community involvement, and create lasting impact.

Long before founding Carabetta Cares, Anna spent many years volunteering throughout her community, supporting children, families, seniors, and charitable organizations. Those experiences, combined with personal life challenges and a desire to help others, ultimately inspired the creation of Carabetta Cares.
